This is our Pearl unit, its an upstairs unit that is part of a triplex, 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs. Pearl has a warm charming feel with all the same amenities as being at home. This is the perfect unit for a quick couples getaway or a week away from home with a few friends. 

This unit has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a couch that converts into a bed. 

Outside of the house you will find a common area outfitted with a fire pit, BBQ and ample sitting area. Cook smores over the fire to cap off a long day at the beach or fire up the BBQ to cook a relaxing dinner for the evening under the string lights.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is processed at time of booking. There will be a 100% refund until 24 hours after the booking has been accepted. If the booking date is further than 30 days before the check-in date there will be a 50% refund of the reservation amount, taxes and cleaning fees will be 100% refunded. Within 30 days of check-in there will be no refund.

Information for Guests:

We use electronic locks with no key required. We will send unique access codes at the time of booking, the codes will be active at time of check in and will be inactive at the time of check out. 

Check in time is 3 P.M. and check out time is 11 A.M. unless otherwise agreed upon. 

There are washer and dryers located outside the back door of the unit. The area is shared with the other upstairs unit, but there are designated washers and dryers for each unit. 

We have a house book with points of interests and activities in the area and will send a link to it at the time of booking. 

We are dog friendly, there is an additional fee of $60 per pet per stay and we only allow 2 dogs per unit at one time. 

There are security cameras located outside the home: a Ring doorbell at the front door and 4 other cameras covering the outside of the property. There are no cameras located within the house. 

There is a trolley car stop a block down from the house that will take you down to the downtown/strand area. There is also an additional loop down Sea Wall to Moody Gardens. Please follow the link here for more information.
