This is our unit, Ruby. It’s an upstairs unit that is part of a triplex, 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs. Originally built in 1910, this home is part of the Silk Stocking historic district. Although the space has been updated, it still retains its old-world charm and inviting feel.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is processed at time of booking. There will be a 100% refund until 24 hours after the booking has been accepted. If the booking date is further than 30 days before the check-in date there will be a 50% refund of the reservation amount, taxes and cleaning fees will be 100% refunded. Within 30 days of check-in there will be no refund.
